Core survival habits
Move together
Stay within a few meters. Lone players trigger specials and split spawns.
Ping everything
Use D-Pad Up / Middle Mouse to mark specials, kits, and ammo. It saves lives.
Quiet is power
Silenced headshots > alarms. Only open crates after the area is clear.
Revive order
Stabilize the fight (stun/molotov) → revive your support (Medic/Fixer) → then DPS.
Economy basics
Yellow = Supplies; Blue = Challenge Coins. See Currencies & Progression for details.
- Supplies: common currency for unlocking weapons/perks and used in Horde purchases.
- Challenge Coins: rarer currency tied to challenges/higher difficulty and cosmetics/unique items.
Swarm setup — simple plan

S[Scout area] --> D[Defenses down]

A --> L[Lines of fire clear]
L --> C[Callout roles]
C --> GO[Begin wave]
- Place barbed wire at choke points, then turrets covering flanks, then voltage grids on breach lanes.
- Agree on roles: frontliner, left flank, right flank, and add-control.
Gentle settings for new players
- Set FOV to a comfortable middle value; increase later for situational awareness.
- Start with low look sensitivity; raise until you can track a rushing zeke smoothly.
- Enable subtitles and color-blind mode if needed.
